Sarabeth Kufeld has dedicated her legal career towards looking out for the needs and best interests of the New York area’s senior and retiree population, as well as children and other heirs to individual estates. Her fiduciary outlook on law has been enhanced by her affiliation with a Long Island accountancy firm, where her knowledge base on tax matters was enhanced considerably, yielding a tangible potential benefit for victims of child sex abuse, who need to know how to manage the sizeable verdict or settlement they may qualify for.
Ms. Kufeld was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983 after graduating from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School of Yeshiva University. Her collegiate degree is from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, where she graduated with honors, majoring in history. Immediately after law school she pursued her passion for literature, as a college-level librarian. She then joined the Trusts & Estates department of the Manhattan-based law firm of Carb, Luria, Glassner, Cook & Kufeld.
